Lom Stave Church
More than a vestige of the past: a crossroad between truth and legends
Stave churches are among the last standing witnesses of the Vikings' transition to Christianity. Out of the 2000 Stave Churches originally built during the Middle Ages, only 28 remain, out of which Lom Stave Church is one of the most important. The edifice in question is situated in the commune of Lom, in Western Norway. It holds countless mysteries, and ghosts of the past roam inside its walls. Follow Lars, the local tour guide, through a virtual tour of the church in order to shed some light on the inconsistent shadow of a bygone era.
Prepare yourself to dive into a world of wood, dragons, and mystery...
